Experience

Raised by and surrounded with business owners, entrepreneurs and leaders, my goal in life has always been to drive successful businesses. My first profitable business I started when I was eleven. Selling small bags of popcorn at school.

At the age of twenty-seven, I ran a sixty-person, high tech manufacturing company. That went from technically, financially and culturally broken and depleted to profitable and a nice place to work for and with, within 6 months after making some very necessary changes and decisions.

Being in sales for almost all my life, supported my growth in the corporate world as well. From selling hardware and software to small and medium businesses to some of the largest companies in the world, to managing sales teams and coaching, enabling and driving change at a strategic level with business leaders in multi-billion-dollar companies.

Not all things go well. I started two companies that I didn’t make successful. And there are various reasons for that. Some I could control and some I couldn’t. Which is the hard part of taking risks and being a pioneer and a leader. Not everything will go well or the way you would like it to go.

Being always adaptable and open to change is therefore a must. Change is hard for many people. It brings insecurity and it is uncomfortable. You, as a leader, will also be uncomfortable before, during and after the change. As a leader you should never be comfortable with where you are. Change is the one thing that is always needed and necessary in one or more parts of your business. And your teams, your clients, maybe your board, and your overall business expects you to drive that change.

This is where I can support you. Finding what change is needed, who do you need for that change to happen and what is it that you need to do, to make that change successful. From just an advisory role to help you execute and even train you and your teams.

Let’s go on a journey together and build the right situation for any change that will come our way!
